I thought that I knew what I wanted from life and work, but I found myself struggling with what kind of career and life I wanted and what direction I wanted to go.
After the coaching, I felt much stronger and was clear about the things I could do. I was amazed about the Management Drives test. The results were so recognizable.
What I considered as weaknesses turned out to be my strengths.
I liked Eddy’s confronting direct questions and style which brought out my best self. I loved the WhatsApp support that kept me on track in between coaching sessions. If you have a strong personality you need someone strong like Eddy, so you take responsibility for what you want and figure that out.
